1. Scope of Services
SAT STUDIO provides web development, e-commerce, mobile app (Flutter), POS and management system development, UI/UX design, maintenance and related services described on this website.
2. Quotes & Payments
Quotes are estimates based on the scope discussed. A project begins after a confirmed proposal and agreed advance payment. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope and any change requests. Payment schedules are stated in the proposal.
3. Delivery & Timeline
Estimated deadlines assume timely feedback and material from the client. Delays caused by late feedback or changed scope extend the timeline accordingly. We commit to on-time delivery for agreed, unchanged scope.
4. Revisions & Support
Minor revision rounds are included per the proposal. Free maintenance and 1-year support are provided as described in the offer. Major new features beyond scope are quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered source code transfers to the client for the project itself. SAT STUDIO retains rights to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, required credentials, and legal rights to any materials supplied for the project. You agree not to use delivered work for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
SAT STUDIO is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, downtime) beyond the fees paid for the specific project, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
